Dr. Chad Rawls, Founder/Director of Operations

Dr. Chad Rawls is the Director of Operations and technical authority for all projects providing Instructional Systems Design, Human Performance Technology, and Usability expertise.

 

He received his B.S. degree in Psychology from the Florida State University and his M.A. and Ed.D. degrees in Instructional Technology and Curriculum and Instruction respectively from the University of Central Florida.

 

His doctoral research focus was electronic performance support system (EPSS) interface usability and has presented at international, regional and local conferences on these research topics.

 

He has 20 years of experience leading complex technical projects - conducting Front-end Analysis (FEA), designing computer/Web-based and EPSS solutions and evaluating simulations/simulators while working with academic, industry and government customers.

 

Dr. Rawls is also an adjunct professor at the University of Central Florida, College of Education and Human Performance, Instructional Design and Technology Program and teaches two graduate courses: EME 6607 Human Performance Technology - Planned Change and EME 6601 Instructional Technology - Simulation Design.
